Cloud Boy
Popped into Waterstones after work to pick up a copy of Cloud Boy , the debut novel by Marcia Williams which I was asked to do the cover for by the amazing Charlie Moyler at Walker 🎈 If you are able to get though the book with dry eyes , you are made of sterner stuff then me! This job was particularly nerve wracking as Marcia herself is a long time children’s illustrator - I grew up with her wonderful retelling of the Greek Myths , the characters are images I’ve never forgotten! So yeah, no pressure ! #ThatSpotGlossTho
